The Architectural Review Committee is vested with the power to review and approve all improvements to all residential lots and dwellings for Tierra Linda Maintenance Corporation. Such improvements include, without limitation, additions, modifications and alterations to residential dwelling, signs, fences, walls, screens, patios and patio covers, window treatments, air conditioning units and attic fans, and any other modification to the exterior of a dwelling or other improvements or alterations to your home. 

To have your request reviewed, complete and submit a Standard Home Improvement Form to the Architectural Review Committee. The form is included in the Guidelines document and is provided below as a separate, downloadable PDF.
