The Architectural Review Committee assists in establishing and enforcing community standards. It also reviews and decides upon architectural change requests at the direction of the Board of Directors

Chair: Clinton Heys

The Communications Committee comes up with topics and content to include in the association newsletter, then formats the publication for distribution. The committee also oversees development of, and regular updates to, the community website.  

Chair: Jennifer Nelson

The Finance Committee provides financial analysis, advice, and oversight of the association's budget. This committee is responsible for ensuring the homeowners association is operating with the financial resources it needs to provide programs and services to the community.

The Infrastructure Committee oversees the infrastructure needs of the homeowners association. This committee provides advice and counsel to the board of directors on matters related to homeowners association infrastructure and community projects.

Chair: Jennie Dillon

The Landscape Committee recommends community landscaping improvements to the board of directors.  Members also communicate with the community's landscape maintenance provider.

Chair: Lou Franson

The Social Committee plans special events for the community, develops event budgets, provides post-event revenue reports, and publishes an events calendar for residents.
