Tierra Linda is a member of the Rancho Santa Margarita and Recreation Corporation (SAMLARC), one of the largest master homeowners’ associations in California. This gives our association access to 13 community parks, four pools, the Beach Club Lagoon, and Lago Santa Margarita, as well as opportunities to enjoy seasonal community events including a 4th of July Star Spangled Spectacular, an annual Christmas tree lighting celebration and more!

Electronic Statements
SAMLARC's management company, FirstService Residential, offers electronic statements for homeowner records through WelcomeLink. e-Statements allow homeowners to view their monthly assessment records in a secure and convenient environment. e-Statements also reduce the carbon footprint, saving resources for projects in the community. After registering for e-Statements, you will be notified via email when a new monthly statement becomes available.

Visit the SAMLARC resident portal to log in and pay your assessments or click HERE to pay your assessments electronically through ClickPay. The Connect Resident Portal also provides SAMLARC forms and documents, as well as a way to connect with the management team.
