HoA Dues

The homeowner monthly assessment is due on the 1st of each month. It is considered late after the 15th of the same month. You may pay your monthly assessment in any of the following ways: 

1)  Check or money order

Make your check payable to Tierra Linda Maintenance Corporation. Submit your payment to Sunwest Bank at the following address:

2)  Recurring automatic payment (for regular assessments only; does not apply to special assessments)

A FREE recurring automatic payment program authorizes us to debit your assessment from the bank account of your choice automatically. To enroll online, you will need your 12-digit Seabreeze Management Services account number. Visit: https://commarea.cincwebaxis.com/  Go to: Register or Edit Free Recurring Automatic Payment  

IMPORTANT NOTE:  After the first payment,  all fees owed each month are deducted automatically on the 10th of the month (or the next business day, if the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday).

3)  Bank online bill pay

Log into your online banking program and instruct your bank to issue a check to the HOA, typically as a recurring payment. The Sunwest Bank mailing address is:

Please make sure to note your 12-digit account number. If you do not know your account number, please contact the Seabreeze Customer Service Department at 800-232-7517, Option (1) to obtain that information. 

Consider the following in choosing this option: 

• If the assessment increases, a notice will be mailed to you at least 30 days prior to the increase taking effect. It is your responsibility to notify your bank of the change, and if you do not, your account could eventually incur late fees on unpaid balances if not caught. Please track assessment changes to ensure you are paying the full amount.

• Many banks cut a physical check to the HOA and mail it via the U.S. Postal Service. If you set the date of the disbursement too close to the due date, especially during a holiday week or in high-volume mail weeks it is likely to be received late and incur the late fee through no fault of the Association. Assessments are due and payable on the 1st of the month, with a 15-day grace period.  Set your payments to disburse on the 1st of each month so that the funds transfer within the grace period.

4)  Credit card or debit card

You may make a one-time or recurring payment using a credit / debit card—or an e-check from the bank account of your choice — at any time. Please note that a convenience fee is charged for this service. Go to: https://commarea.cincwebaxis.com  Use the “Make a Quick Payment” option. 

eStatements

Go green (and save your Association a few dollars in mailing costs). Sign up for eStatements. Visit https://commarea.cincwebaxis.com  Select My Account.  Then, select E-statement Portal.

Register for electronic statements on the FirstService Residential  E-Statement Portal

Visit the SAMLARC Resident Portal  to log in and pay your assessments or click HERE to pay your assessments electronically through ClickPay. The Resident Portal also provides SAMLARC forms and documents, as well as a way to connect with the management team.
